FAQs

We typically book projects 1-2 months in advance, with a deposit required to secure a start date. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we recommend filling out our contact form about 3 months in advance to book our next available spot.
Once payment has been received and all of the discovery questions have been answered, your design will take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.
For new clients and new designs: 4 weeks
For existing clients and re-orders: 2-3 weeks
Unfortunately at this time we do not. A 50% deposit can be paid to kick off your creative project and the balance paid upon completion.
Absolutely! This is your project! We can customize this anyway you need.
Absolutely! But we have some basic requirements, your design must be vectorized and set in layers for print. An additional $100 fee will be added to re-create a design if needed.
Yes! This is one of the funnest parts about creating and designing apparel. Think of it like a Costco for every kind of apparel you can imagine. Wholesale and full of color!
For print quantities under 100 there will be a $40 screen set up fee per color on your design. For quantities above 100, the fee will be waved.
Yes! You will be resposible for shipping costs.
